production philosophy

Being a grower means assuming the great responsibility for the land we have inherited and will pass on to our children.

We have obtained the CCPB certification. Organic agriculture calls for the use of only barrier products against fungal diseases in the vineyard, for example, copper and sulfur.

Pesticides, chemical insecticides and herbicides are proscribed. Sustainable production makes sound choices to reduce the environmental impact in every respect, especially as regards energy use.
We have planted a forest to help offset our carbon footprint and created a refuge for local fauna, to compensate for the impact that winegrowing has on their natural habitats.
